To apply for the Russian business visa, the foreign participants normally need visa support in the form of invitation letter issued by the Russian authorities (in particular, by the Russian Federal Migration Service). In order to prepare these invitations, we should send the request the Federal Migration Service together with the required data on the coming persons. (Such way reduces the time and simplifies the visa preparation when applying for a visa in Russian consulates abroad)

For this purpose, we ask those who need the visa-support invitations to complete the visa-support form (the corresponding file will be attached here ) and send us to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with subject ‘Visa support’ till June 12, as latest.

Along with the visa-support form, please, send us a copy of your passport. Pay attention that your passport must be valid at least 6 months (!!!) starting from the date of departure from Russia.

We will do our best to deliver you the visa-support invitations in the second part of July (earlier is impossible due to the time regulations of FMS).

PS: In case of tourist visa (if appropriate for you), the visa support is provided by the corresponding tourist companies you apply to. Depending on your request to support tourist visa, for some extra-money (to be paid to Russian tourists companies we address to), we can arrange a tourist vaucher for you.
