Visa support

To apply for the Russian business visa, the most foreign participants will need the visa support in the form of invitation letter issued by the Russian authorities (in particular, by the Russian Federal Migration Service). In order to prepare these invitations, we should send the request the Federal Migration Service together with the required data on the coming persons.

If you need the business visa support, please, complete the visa-support form attached (file visa_support_form.doc) and send us to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.   with subject ‘Visa support’ as soon as possible.

Along with the visa-support form, please, send us a copy of your passport. Pay attention that your passport must be valid at least 6 months starting from the date of departure from Russia.

Since the procedure takes rather long time we will not manage to provide the visa support if we receive the necessary data later than June 30, 2012.

We expect to deliver you the invitations by express mail in the period from August 10th to August 20th.

PS: In case of tourist visa (if appropriate for you), the visa support is provided by the corresponding tourist companies.
