To apply for the Russian business visa, the foreign participants normally need the visa support in the form of invitation letter issued by the Russian authorities (in particular, by the Russian Federal Migration Service). In order to prepare these invitations, we should send the request the Federal Migration Service together with the required data on the coming persons.

For this purpose, we ask those who need the visa-support invitations to complete the visa-support form (file visa_support_form_2014.doc) and send us to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with subject ‘Visa support’ till June 15, as latest.

Along with the visa-support form, please, send us a copy of your passport. Pay attention that your passport must be valid at least 6 months starting from the date of departure from Russia.

We expect to deliver you the invitations by express mail in the second part of July.

PS: In case of tourist visa (if appropriate for you), the visa support is provided by the corresponding tourist companies you apply to.
